Stuffed Green Pepper Cups

1 Green Pepper

1 stalk celery

salt and pepper to taste

cooked chicken breast or canned chicken

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup mayonnaise — to 1/2

How to Prepare:

Cut off  the top of the pepper. Pull out the seeds. Slice the pepperin half    length   wise. Mix the chicken ,sliced celery and choppedonion together with the mayonnaise. Scoop into pepper shells. Thiswill serve two.Nice for a quick and  easy  lunch.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
