Ketone Diet Tips:
1. It’s not all about the carbs! Keep your protein intake in check. Too much protein can thow you off!
2. Fruit is sugar; so keep it in check.
3. Not eating enough fat. Remember, it is the good fat such as hard cheeses! Fat helps replace the carbs you’ve given up. More fat is better than more protein.
4. One day at a time. Don’t rush or start out with an extreme diet. Planning your weekly meals will help you maintain your success. Some people get in ketosis in 4-5 days, other 2 weeks.
5. At the end – always consult your physical or primary care before taking on this diet. Always be safe!
