1 package fresh chicken livers1 slices thin sliced bacon

How to Prepare:

Make livers easier to handle by dropping into boiling water. Quicklyremove and cool. This step can be skipped if you don’t mind handling raw liver.If livers are large, cut in half. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon aroundeach piece of liver and secure withround toothpick.Bake at 400 until bacon is crisp.
