How to Prepare:
Boneless/Skinless chicken tenders battered in soy flour and fried in oil until “crunchy” golden brown. (add your favorite seasonings to the soy flour before breading). Wrap chicken, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes with low carb ranch dressing in a low carb tortilla and enjoy.
NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
