Super Scrambled Eggs
Prep Time:5 minutes
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup mushroom, sliced
1/4 cup onion, sliced thin rosemary thyme parsley oregano
How to Prepare:
Heat pan, with butter. Saute onions until soft. Add mushrooms, stir and saute until cooked through. Scramble eggs in bowl, adding herbs and seasonings to taste. Add to pan, mixing with onions and mushrooms, scrambling until cooked through. Serve.
NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
