1/2 pound mozzarella cheese — cubed

1 cup grape tomatoes — halved1/8 cup fresh basil — chopped fine 1/4 cup olive oil — light

salt and pepper to taste

toss together serve with diet flat bread grilled with olive oil and garlic salt
