Sauteed Garlic Spinach

Raw Spinach

Sliced Garlic cloves

Jane’s Crazy Mix-Up Salt SeasoningsCracked Black Pepper

—             (or seasonings of choice)

Olive Oil or one of your choice

How to Prepare:

Heat about one tablespoon of olive oil in hot skillet (I use a wok). Throw as much spinach in pan as you would like (use your own judgement); then put sliced garlic cloves in (again, you as much as you would like — I use about 3 large cloves). Season wi th the salt seasoning and cracked pepper.

Don’t blink! As soon as the spinach wilts (takes seconds, if pan is hot) take spinach out of pan. This is a very simple and delicious dish.
