Roast Beef and Asparagus Wrap

How to Prepare:

You will need: Cream Cheese (I use cream cheese with chives), Low carb tortilla, Roast beef, 3 asparagus pears grilled. Place in oven on cookie sheet and spray with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper. Bake for bout 10 minutes. Spread cream cheese on tortilla, add asparagus and roast beef. Wrap and enjoy!

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
