Ranch Stuffed Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts

4 slices of ham

4 oz. cream cheese

4 oz. mozzerella cheese (or cheese sticks)sprinkle of dry hidden valley ranch

How to Prepare:

Defrost chicken breasts until you can cut through the center, cut until almost to the edge, then open up (will look like a sub roll almost) and put ham slice, then spread cream cheese on ham. Place mozz. on top and fold together. Sprinkle ranch dressing on top. Bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
