Puffy Asparagus & Ham Bake

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh asparagus — cooked and drained

6 slices ham

4 ounces mushrooms —

sliced3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 egg whites

1 dash salt

How to Prepare:

Spray bottom of baking dish with Pam. Place ham on bottom, top with asparagus, then mushrooms. Combine mayo with lemon juice. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, fold in mayo mixture. Spoon over mushrooms. Broil at least 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes, or until puffed and brown.You can also bake at 425 degrees for 3-5 minutes, watching carefully.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
