Pressure Cooker Swiss Pepper Steak

Ingredients:

2 lbs round steak — cut into serving size pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil – or more if needed

1 can beef broth — (14.5oz)

1 tablespoon dehydrated

onion flakes

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

3/4 cup sliced onion

2 medium green bell

peppers — cut into chunks

How to Prepare:

Salt and pepper the steak and brown in oil in the pressure cooker. Add remaining ingredients and close cooker, bringing pressure up to full, then reduce heat and cook under full pressure for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let cooker sit for 15 minutes, then release remaining pressure and serve.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
