Pink Lemonade Shake

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup protein powder-- vanilla

1 tablespoon lecithin -- granules

1 packet  artificial sweetener

1 drop red food coloring

10 ounces water -- ice cold

2 ounces heavy cream   -- ice cold

1cup crushed ice

How to Prepare:

Put everything in blender and blend until thick and creamy. You can partially freeze this for an ice cream type treat. Lemon juice is to taste - I like it tart. 🙂

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
