Oh So Good Salmon

Ingredients:

A nice size salmon filet w/the skin 2 pats of butter — (2 to 3)

Adobo seasoninggarlic powder

How to Prepare:

Place salmon filet on aluminum foil (spray foil with non stick spray. Season filet with adobo and garlic and place butter pats on top. Pop in the broiler until cooked (usually around 10 mins or so).

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
