Mexican Shrimp II

Serves:4-6 ,10


Prep Time:20 minutes if shrimp is peeled and cleaned



1.5 lbs shrimp

2 tbl olive oil

1 tbl chopped garlic

2 regular cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles

2 cups mozz. cheese

How to Prepare:            

Fry shrimp with garlic in olive oil until shrimp turns pink. Drain cans of tomatoes and add to skillet. Bring to boil. Turn down heat and add cheese. Serve when cheese melts. Quick and easy!!

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
