Mexican Egg Salad

Ingredients:

6 large eggs – boiled

3 ounces green chili

chopped 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 small red pepper

peppers – 1 3 ounce can,

1 teaspoon mustard

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

pepper

How to Prepare:

We served it on roasted red peppers on the grill and it was awesome.
