Prep Time:10 minutes not counting fridge time
8 oz. cream cheese (I use 0-1 carb kind)room temp
4 tbs lemon juice
2/3 cup Splenda
1/2 cup whipped cream
How to Prepare:
Combine the cream cheese, lemon juice and splenda. Whip until smooth fold in the whipped cream gently smooth into a pie tin or bowl.Refrigerate for about an hour until firm. Enjoy!
NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
