Hazelnut Muffins            



Prep Time:10 Minutes



1 Cup Atkins Bake Mix

1/2 Cup Flax Seed Meal

1/2 Cup Splenda

1 Tsp Cinnamon2 Eggs

1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream

1/4 Cup of Water

1/4 Cup of SF Hazelnut Syrup

2 Tblsp. Vegetable Oil

How to Prepare:

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir. Then, add remaining ingredients and blend gently. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake in preheated oven at 325 for 20 minutes or until golden Brown.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
