Ham Steak with Onion Gravy

1 ham steak -- 1.5 inches thick

2 cups sliced onions - thinly sliced

1 cup sour cream1/8 cup heavy cream

1/8 cup warm water

How to Prepare:                                                                              

Pan cook ham steak on both sides. Remove from  pan. Add onions to pan and cook until browned. Mix heavy cream with water.Add sour cream and  heavy cream/water to pan heat through. Pour over ham steak.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
