Ingredients:

Cod — steamed, baked, broiled, or leftover – minced finely celery — chopped fine, to taste salt and pepperonion salt

any other seasoning you might like

mayonnaise — just enough to make stick together, or to taste

How to Prepare:

The restaurant served it with breadsticks and crackers. I usually serve it with celery sticks–unless of course I eat it with a spoon for lunch!

NOTES : Carbs for celery not included (2.2 per diced 1/2 cup)

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
