Easy Shell fish Stew

How to Prepare:

Start with a can of chicken broth. Throw in your favorite shellfish (crab,shrimp, clams, oysters, etc), a can of mushrooms, a handful of chopped dill,some coarsly ground black pepper and about 3 Tablespoons of butter.Simmertill everything is cooked and the flavors have blended. Pour in a pint of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat and serve.You can knock this out in about 15 minutes and it’s great on a cold day.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
