Cheesy Thousand Island Dressing

1              cup cottage cheese                         ¼ cup ketchup

1              teaspoon paprika                             ¼ teaspoon salt

1              tablespoon relish1/8 teaspoon pepper  2 tablespoons celery – finely diced

2              tablespoons green pepper – finely diced              2 tablespoons onion – finely diced

2              tablespoons olive oil

How to Prepare:                                              

In a blender combine cheese, ketchup, oil and spices. Blend till smooth. Stir in rest of ingredients. Chill several hours.

NOTE.  Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store.  If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
