Ingredients:                                      

½ cup    yogurt   1 tablespoon oil

1              tablespoon Parmesan cheese – grated  ¼ teaspoon basil – dry1 tablespoon parsley – dry

1              ½ teaspoons lemon juice

¼            teaspoon garlic powder

How to Prepare:                                                              

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight.

NOTE.  Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store.  If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
