Cheese Sauce for Vegetables

3 tablespoons heavy cream

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese — or any flavor

How to Prepare:

Melt it slowly while stirring in a small non-stick saucepan until heated through. Add fresh ground pepper if you’d like.This makes approximately 2 servings
