Broccoli Au Gratin for 1

1 tablespoon Butter

2 tablespoons Sour Cream

1 ounce cheddar cheese — shredded

How to Prepare:

Microwave broccoli until done, drain. Add remaining ingredients & microwave. Stir until thouroughly mixed
