1 pound sea scallops — bay scallops are too small
1/2 pound bacon –(1/2 to 3/4)
How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 450*. Rinse your scallops in cold water. Cut your bacon into three sections. Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop. Secure bacon together with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet. Bake until your bacon is brown and crispy (Not too crispy though)
NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
