Grilled Brie Chicken

How to Prepare:

Grill a frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast on the grill. Grilling it frozen keeps it jucie. When it is almost done, make a slit in the breast and add a slice of brie cheese. Cook long enough for the cheese to melt. Top with mushrooms that you saute in butter. DELISH! My children love this one too. You can also add a slice of cooked bacon around the chicken as the cheese is melting. Also use other types of cheese if you don’t like brie.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
