recipe, excluding milk and egg protein and peach slices



3 tablespoons Naturade Milk and Egg protein

3 tablespoons ricotta cheese

8 ounces water

3 packets splenda packets

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 each frozen strawberries, unsweetened

4 slices frozen peach slices, unsweetened

How to Prepare:

Put everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth and thick.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
