Cream Cheese Frosting  

CarbsPerServing:10g carbs total



4 ounces cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon vanilla1/4 cup artificial sweetener– to taste

How to Prepare:              

Place all three ingredients in small mixing bowl and mix by hand until cream cheese is soft and all ingredients are mixed together well. The amount of sweetener and vanilla used is a matter of personal taste- Try adding half butter;                keeps the carbs down & still great – Sometimes I add a little sour cream to soften it up a bit

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
