Cranberry Damsel

Ingredients:

2  ounces sugar free cranberry-flavored sparkling water

1/4 teaspoon Cranberry Blast Kool Aid drink mix — unsweetened, powdered

1 ounce white rum

2 ounces mandarin orange-flavored sparkling water 1/4 teaspoon orange extract

1 dash lemon juice

1  packet artificial sweetener (to taste) — (1 to 2)

How to Prepare:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and serve with the ice in large stemmed glasses. (If you don’t have a shaker, combine all ingredients in a blender with ice cubes and process on “pulse” until the ice cubes are crushed.

NOTE. Most Ingredients in these recipes can be bought in good health food shops and grocery store. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to exchange, but keep track of the carbs.
