Ingredients:

1              bunch   broccoli – cut small

1              cup     shredded cheddar cheese

1              small red onion – chopped fine

1              pound bacon – fried crisp, set aside

1              cup mayonnaise

¼             cup artificial    sweetener –      to taste

2               tablespoons    vinegar

How to Prepare:

Mix together: mayo, sweetener and vinegar, let stand 20 min. Mix again

and pour over remaining ingredients. Mix well and sprinkle bacon over top.

Let sit all day and stir before serving.

Cream Cheese or Cheddar Almond Accents” (salad topping by Sunkist-any flavor)

How to Prepare:

Spread cream cheese on a salami slice, top with a few Almond Accents (any flavor), fold like a taco and sit down to watch your favorite movie with a little plate of these. You can also substitute cream cheese for cheddar, or use both!
